Tablescape Thursday: Irish Pub

I am joining Susan today for Tablescape Thursday at her site Between Naps on the Porch.  Let's pretend today we are going down to an Irish Pub.  And since were pretending, let's imagine it is a little girly with some lace place mats and slipcovered chairs.

At this pub there is some stoneware that has a basket weave that reminds me of Belleek.
We are going to start with an Irish stew so we have our soup bowls.
The table for two is set with a Pfaltzgraff basket weave pattern
Pub glasses are from Walmart.
Chair slip covers made by me.  I had a little fun with the lettering and made it "Irish style."
The back of the slipcover I gave dressmaking details with a lace up closure.  It is just grosgrain ribbon through button holes.
Thanks for meeting me down at the pub.  I will see you again next week for another Tablescape Thursday.  Please go to Susan's site above and view all the wonderful tables.
