Today the photo-a-day challenge is a candy cane. I took this photo in manual trying to over-expose it on purpose, but it is still more my style to make it darker than lighter. So this photo just looks normal to me .
When you have so much white in the photo my favorite way to get it dreamy is to use a texture. Which is what I did here. The texture is called Urban with an overlay at 56%. Texture is from Kim Klassen. So, finally I get the desired look with manual and a texture. I have been trying to create photos like this for awhile. Sherry
