Natasha Has a Great Christmas Blog

I might be the only one who hasn't found Natasha of 5 Minute's Just for Me 's Christmas blog; but, I thought I would give her a shout out anyway.  She has done a wonderful job.  Lots of wonderful ideas and eye candy there.  I heard this song there and just loved it.  Such Christmas inspiration!  Go and visit her.

A Late Walk

When I go through the mowing field,
The headless aftermath,

Smooth-laid like thatch with the heavy dew,
Half closes the garden path.

And when I come to the garden ground,
The whir of sober birds

Up from the tangle of withered weeds
Is sadder than any words.

A tree beside the wall stands bare,
But a leaf that lingered brown,

Disturbed, I doubt not, by my thought,
Comes softly rattling down.

I end not far from my going forth
By picking the faded blue

Of the last remaining aster flower
To carry again to you.
~A Late Walk by Robert Frost

The china has architectural images from The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew (pronounced Que).  Kew is a 465 acre country estate in West Sussex, England, with ornamental gardens, temperate woodlands and an Elizabethan Mansion.  China manufactured by creative-tops.com.  A portion of all the china sales goes to support Kew gardens.  A virtual visit is worth your time for the gardens are very beautiful. They also have a gift shop with more dishes.   www.kew.org

I am thankful for God's Love.  He has pulled up an eternal bench in the garden, and when I visit there it is the most perfect love.  This reminds me of the song In the Garden sang by Kentucky girl, Loretta Lynn.
