My Favorite Things: Shells & Starfish

I have collected shells since I was a child.  They are the most fantastic colors and shapes.  They are just like jewels from the sea.  I absolutely love them.

I have some here in an egg basket.  

 I love to put them with candles.

  Oh, and I love starfish too.

Sometimes my candles have starfish in them.

I have a Grandmother that always put seashells in her flower pots and beds. 

I loved that!  It reminded my of that nursery rhyme.

Mary, Mary, quite contrary 

How does your garden grow?

With silver bells and cockle shells 

and pretty maids all in a row.

I like my shells in silver too.

I just love them everywhere all year long.
