Olive Tea

Here is a little tea for fall using some olive dishes from Better Homes and Gardens.

The little green tea pot was in the clearance aisle at TJ Maxx for $3 and I knew I would find a use for it.

A bundle of rosemary in each plate seemed fitting.  Rosemary grows wild in the Mediterranean.  It can be difficult to grow in the home garden, but in a pot I have never had a problem.  The are several sayings about rosemary:  rosemary for remembrance,  rosemary can only grow in the garden of the righteous (being that there is a legend and it was associated with Mary, Mother of Jesus),  and if rosemary grows well in a garden a woman must rule the house.  I am not claiming any of these sayings true but they are fun to look up.
I will link to these tea parties, please go and visit all the lovely ladies having tea.
