I wanted to show you the drapes we picked out for our family room. They were just tapestry panels we bought at Lowe's. The panels go all the way to the floor and there were no tiebacks when we originally purchased them.
My husband wanted to put the same drape on the back door that leads out of the family room, so all of the drapes matched. I had to trim and hem the drape to fit the nine-light window on the back door. I looked at all the fabric left from when I trimmed off the drapes and I thought tiebacks!
We had ten drapery panels in that room and the fabric from just one half of a panel was enough to make tiebacks for all the panels. I found tassel trim to finish them with at Walmart, it matched perfectly. Thanks for visiting and viewing my redo.
