Tea Party Under the Halloween Moon

I am happy to join a Tea Party Under A Halloween Moon with Frosted Petunias.   I have created a little tea party where the fairies are going through the ritual of trading out their summer butterfly wings for autumn leaf wings.  Just a little fun, with a story that is pure fantasy and silly.  Hope you enjoy!

Bittersweet and broomsticks,

Pumpkins on the vine,

The fairies have come to shed their wings,

It has become the time.

Witchy comes to help them, 

With this seasonal change.

The fairies seem to forget,

Just how to rearrange.

Tonight they do the ritual,

Over a moonlit tea.

Celebrating the autumn changes,

Underneath the trees. 

Witchy comes to help them to loose their summer things,

Because in return she gets some fairy dust shaken off their wings.
